Search the Web and see suggested content from your document

Search from inside a document

  1. Open a document in Google Docs.
  2. At the bottom right, click Explore Explore.
  3. Type a search in the search bar to search your docs and the web.

See suggested content

  1. Open a document in Google Docs.
  2. At the bottom right, click Explore Explore.
  3. You might see images or information you can use to help finish your work.
    • Topics: To see search results for topics related to your document, click the title.
    • Images: To preview an image, click Preview Preview. To use an image, click and drag it to your document. This will also add a footnote to the bottom of the document.
    • Related research: You'll see research related to what's in your document.

If you don't see suggestions, add more content to your document.
